Detailed Product DescriptionGXY-1C Core Drilling Rig is a kind of spindle-standing rotatory drill was developed by Wuxi Mineral Exploration Machinery General Factory, Jiangsu Province. It is suitable for engineering geological prospecting, solid mineral ore deposit survey and exploration, seismic shot hole, inspection hole of all kinds of concrete structure, etc. It can choose bits, such as diamond bits, hard alloy bits, steel & rock bits, spiral bits while drilling in accordance with different formation, its initial hole diameter is 150mm. Its hole depth can reache 150mm when its final hole diameter is 75mm.

    The drill has oil pressure feeding structure adopting hydraulic chuck to clamp/loose the drill stem. It has high efficiency, safety and reliability, while featuring its high input power and output torque, and outstanding drilling capacity. The drills clutch adopts double plate-closed friction coupling, made it easy to open and close and convenient to operate and adjust. The model adopts the structure of automobile transmission case, with the ability of double-direction rotation, centralized shifting and interlocking. The drill rack was change from formerly Model GXY-1 drills fixed rack to pulley rack. Meanwhile, the rotator was changed from opening model to non-opening model in facilitation of withdrawing the drilling implement from the opening. The drilling machine is equipped with wheels and trailing mechanism, make it possible for trialing transportation, while featuring its high mobility, compact structure, small dimension, light weight and convenient disassembly. It is especially applied in the exploration working environment of hilly land or mountainous area.
